eVent is awesome stuff. I find it much more breathable than Gortex

FWIW, my eVent jacket (Super Dru from RAB) is far more breathable than any Gore-tex jacket I've owned. In fact, it is sufficiently breathable so that my wet clothing (under the jacket) actually dries out while I'm hiking. Amazing! And it does it without pit-zips!

How did you manage to get an EVent Packa? I've been waiting on those for a while.

Cedar Tree made a limited batch of them back in February. They were discussed in a thread here.

PM sent on the EVent Packa. I saw Cedar Tree's website that he no longer does custom Packa's.

    eVent Packas

Thanks for the thread. I was able to place a new order for eVent Packas. They should be here in December. The first batch went so quick, I just had to get more. I love mine. I do have 1 medium eVent for sale. It is the original prototype Big Agnes sent me. It is used. I hiked with it for my 1st 50 miles in Feb. this year. It does not have the dual separating front zipper. Other than that, it is in great shape. A little wear & tear on the packcover, but nothing major. $150 shipped. PM me, or Contact me through my website if interested. Thanks,
    Cedar Tree

I'm sure folks will be glad to hear that the eVent models will be around again.
