Watch out a Super Noob is here haha jk

Hey how is it going I'm Norseman. Saying that I am a super noob is a little over exaggerated, but I am a noob when it comes to hammock camping and well somewhat green to lightweight backpacking, and as a side note I am really loving this forum it is so jam packed with information and friendly helpful people, which by the way is slowly invading my sleep time and well much of my free time also. I also wanted to say thank you Shug for providing great intro videos for noobs like me, and thank you to Professor Hammock for providing a detailed video about suspensions and various other things both of you are pretty awesome . Yes I know I'm sort of long winded, but I wanted to voice my appreciation for this forum and its equally great members. As of now I am waiting for payday so i can pick up a WBBB and a big mamajamba or superfly havn't really decided, and another addition I am thinking of picking up is a lightweight stove instead of the big chunk of metal I usually carry around, and the ones I am thinking about are Trangia, Minibulldesign's Mini Atomic, and/or a Bushbuddy the decision is tearing me apart so please help me out any one of these would be extremely lighter than the coleman propane stove I carry now. Sorry I don't really mean to talk about gear in a intro thread so for now forgive me

Get both a Bushbuddy and one of your 2 alky stoves listed (I love my Trangia, but the Mini Atomic has a good following also). The smaller stove will fit inside the Bushbuddy, which will fit inside quite a few 900mL or 1100mL pots, and it gives you a great all-around cooking kit. I already know you've picked the right hammock for you, so no worries there. Enjoy!
oldgringo's reply to my worrying about owning extra hammocks:

How many pairs of underwear do you own? Do you refer to them as "extras", simply because you're not wearing all of them as we speak?

Welcome to the madness that we call HF. Sounds as if the hammock hanging addiction has already got a hold you. You made some great gear choices by the way!
