    Blackbird Landed !!

Just received my new WBBB 1.7 DL yesterday and couldn't wait to give it a try. In the back garden, I have a telegraph pole cut in half and set 15 feet apart. So on went the biners and set up was a breeze!! Perfect hang first time. I truly know now why people like this hammock so much. Superb job Brandon!...I really appreciate what you've done with this. If any one is thinking of buying one................don't think twice !

    Congrats, Tom!

Do you see many folks using hammocks there in Ireland?

    Tom,

    Congrats on the new purchase.

What are you using for a tarp and insulation?

    Hey Guys
Thanks ! I'm over the moon with it. I don't hear of many people using hammocks over here, it seems the weather makes them lean more towards tents :O
(maybe they are less educated)... Hey Shug, I live about 30 miles from Belfast at the foot of the Mourne mountains.....beautiful area with no shortage of trees and nice to explore. Small world considering your Dad was from here and Mum from Tipp though even now we would'nt be advised to share that sort of info amongst strangers here. Sad really.
Keep up the good work on your vids by the way.....they're a hoot !
At the moment I'm stuck with a standard Hennessy tarp and a heavier (but just as small) camo tarp but I'm looking into getting a McCat tarp or maybe making one myself, but thats for another day.........oh the fluttering away of money...........

Here I come to save the day !!!!.....Tom

Did your Dad also embrace the good old Irish whiskey shug ? Of course we'd have to get a hang if you decided to visit again ! though don't be surprised if you spooked the locals.....it can be like an old Alfred Hitchcock movie here sometimes....
No hanging today unfortunately, torrential rain, flooding and inadequate tarp !

note to self............must buy bigger tarp !
