I'd like to get some of that Mule tape, about 150' ought to do it for me. Good strength at a small size. I'll bet that would work well on the lateral edges of a bridge hammocks.

Ok, fine! There's enough desire for this stuff, that I'll go see if I can get another bundle. I definitely don't have enough to meet this demand.

I'll run by the Post office and get some Small flat-rate boxes, and check to see if there's a cheaper shipping alternative that I can click-n-ship and have them pickup at the house!

it's a more open weave than normal poly strapping, but you're probably right! It might take a couple of zig-zags or a double row of stitching to hold well...

Yep, that's the way it happened.
"We were hiking the PCT near Big Bear lake, when . . . So there he was, stuck in a tree with this white polyester mule tape... we had to lube him up to get this stuff extricated, and to remove him from the tree. To this day we have no idea how he got all 3000' inserted in ... Thank Goodness a guy from AT&T was on a nearby road with a bucket of pulling lube."

Yeah... it could happen... but only in California...

Picked up my box from the post office today, and gave it a good soaking, agitating, and rinse. Excellent, excellent condition! Can't wait to get the Scout troop up off the ground--this stuff will make it possible. Thanks again.
You're gonna need a bigger hammock
