We where at West Hills County Park. It is a Suffulk park located in Huntington. It was our first time there. We were very impressed with the place. It had a very nice youth camping area. The site we had had 5 leantoos in it also.were you at baiting hollow or wauwepex (schiff)?
UPS came today with our new NX150'S, and one set of Z-liners. First thing we did was to replace the suspension. I made up two sets of 1/8" AS whoopies with my son the other day. We also made up 6 loops, 4 soft shackles, and two one piece ridge lines for our Superfly tarps that are on order. The Z-liners went on easy enough. They look like they have good coverage. They should work well. I also picked up a used a JRB MW4 from a fellow member. I think the MW4 will go lower then the Z-liner. Time will tell the story. I can't wait to get out there. This weekend I have a fishing tournament in Cape May N.J. I will hag Friday night at the campground.

I wish I had known about Clark Hammocks when I first started camping... I could have saved a ton of cash on tents. I would think more scouts would like the flexibility of a hammock... and not having to sleep on the ground.
I wish I would have purchased a larger one that the standard NA... maybe I will get around to trying to sell mine and move up to a 250.
