    HH Jungle Zip

Anybody get one of these yet?
    http://www.hennessyhammock.com/specs...gle_small.html

I'm curious to see how well the reflective pad they created works.

I've always loved HH, however, I wrote them off b/c I wasn't too big on the bottom entry.

I might start saving my pennies for one of these buggers.

    Hacktorius,
No experience with this model but my HH Expedition with 2Q/ZQ zipper mod is a great hammock. And my WBBB double layer is another favorite. So a HH with zipper and double layer could be quite nice. Let us know what you think if you get one.

Good to see you on the forums - you've been scarce. Are you going to make it to the MAHHA hang in October?

I haven't used mine with pads, but if you like the HH line of hammocks (other than the bottom entry) I see no reason why you won't like these hammocks. I really like the material used; very soft. The feel of the hammock is the same as their other hammocks, just no bottom entry that may/may not dig into your leg.
    Trust nobody!

Glad to be back. I've had some personal stuff going on so haven't had much time for forums. But I'm back now. LOL

I am planning to go to the MAHHA. I've already put in notice to leave work early. I will be bringing kiwi, and one other person (I'll explain later - long story). LOL

I have the HH DJ-long and am very happy with it. The reflective pad works very well for me. I have used it with a zero degree sleeping bag and been warm at 15 degrees. It really reflects a lot of heat back at me. In warm weather, I leave the reflectix at home and just take a CCF pad & a summer sleeping bag, or even just a sheet in the summer.

I also have the HH DJ-long and very happy with it, first few times i used it (and a hammock in general) I was very comfy and warm with the reflective pad, but after more use without the pad I then found it hard and not as comfy so I went down the UQ path.
Short of that very comfy, material very nice and soft but gets caught in the zipper easy (but no damage) - I suspect the UQ suspension may have something to do with this.

I really like the Expeditions and the Explorers from Hennessy and now they have side entry zip models.
