Sounds about right, give or take. Personally, I'm a big advocate of never weighing your gear. As long as it feels good on my back, I'm ok with it. But that's just me. As always, hike your own hike.

Right now I am at 7.75 lbs. This is my winter setup, and I do not have proper UQ or TQ, and with a loaner Noah 12.

My target weight is to get under 6 lbs, which I can do. This is for a 15°-20°F rating.
The comperable setup I had with my ground gear was about 10 lbs. (and 2x as bulky)

I just figured this all out about 2 hours ago, so I had it on hand.

My setup including Hammock, Tarp, TQ, UQ, 6 x Stakes, Tree straps and toggles comes in @ 1604 grams (3.53 lbs)

Only summer weight quilts though so there could be a difference there.

    Very nice.

I haven't weighed anything individually yet, I don't have a scale accurate enough for oz/grams, but overall my summer setup comes to 3lbs. My 3 season is 4.2lbs and a tent would be alot heavier for me cause they don't makem long enough (6'3") in any ultralight variety, I don't want a double, and I don't care to make my own.

Still working on a winter setup. Just started a 11'x13'x10.5' winter tarp and additional insulation so I can extend my 3 season setup into the winter.

Blackbird 1.0 Double with Whoopies......644 grams
    Three-Season Crowsnest.....................468 grams
    Three-Season Burrow.........................636 grams
    Hennessy Silnylon Hex.......................518 grams
    Vargo Titanium Stakes (6)....................48 grams
    .................................................. ..2314 grams

Straps and toggles are included in the hammock weight. So, 5.1 pounds and I should be good to 15°F.
If I replace the Crowsnest with the Thermarest Ridgerest, I'm at 4.6 pounds, but that would be like leaving the hammock at home...
For having a Blackbird in there, I'm pleased with the weight.
