    Awright, GI works again

OK, I'm glad to see some body else praising the GI. I have been like a broken record referring to them as a cheap light means of extending the basic HH SuperShelter( undercover and 1 OCF pad with space blanket) to below freezing, well below if used with extra clothing and/or HH kidney/torso pads. I'm glad to see some other folks use them also.

I tell you, I was sure glad I'd seen the method on the internet in various places, including in this forum, and therefore could figure out how to more-or-less duplicate it before the cold front came in. I'm pretty sure it saved me from a couple of very uncomfortable nights, either on the ground, maybe warmer but stiff in the morning, or in the air, shivering. Instead, as baby bear said, it was just right.
