This never been used benchmade infidel OTF 3300 knife.
have to get rid of some stuff before I move. This knife retails on the benchmade site for $450 you can find new ones for like 380 to 400. I will let this one go for $ 250 shipped will take reasonable offers before this goes on to ebay.

no -might-. definitely will. at least in this neck of the woods;
error 1 double edged;
error 2 spring/assisted opening,
error 3 blade longer than 4" (? maybe.. can't tell from video)
any one of these will get you taken for a ride in the police car...depending on the situation.
at the very least they will confiscate.
You'd probably have problems in some states and not others. The one big thing that I'd worry about though is federal law. If you ship it across state lines then your breaking federal law I'm pretty sure. However, switchblade laws are confusing.
no...its not illegal. it considered a concealed weapon. anything with a blood groove, automatic opening or more than a 2 inch blade. Spring assist is fine.
Not to belabor the point; but I don't want to see anyone get in trouble. You may be absolutely correct in Louisianna; but every state is different. Here in Missouri a CCW permit applies only to firearms. A spring-assist, switchblade, or concealed knife longer than 4" is illegal for anyone here, including CCW holders.Originally Posted by DiezelDorf

Didn't they recently make the importation rules more confusing? You always hear a lot about impending changes, then nothing about what actually happened.
In order to be ok everywhere in NC except where nothing is ok, your pocket knife must be no longer then 3.5", and even then there are municipalities with stricter rules.
