I don't remember how exactly it came about, but I decided somewhere in the last several months I wanted to try backpacking. Researching backpacking techniques led me to lightweight backpacking, and lightweight backpacking led me to hammocking... Or something. Maybe it wasn't in that order? I can't remember.
Google has landed me on this site many times now, and I finally wound up registering.
