    cacoon coolmax liner

Does anyone have experience or opinion on these coolmax bag liners?
    http://www.campmor.com/webapp/wcs/st...berId=12500226

Would them help as a vapor barrier?
They claim a 7 degree increase in temp rating for bag.

    Completely NOT a vapour barrier.

Cool max is a specially made wicking material intended to carry moisture through it and away from your body. Exactly the opposite of a vapour barrier.

I don't like liners anyway, they get all wrapped around my legs and are just a pain in the butt. I have a silk liner that is a little better than the fleece but I only use it in the summer as a light cover. Isn't CoolMax kinda stratchy? That could be better or worse, I dunno.

Cool max is a special form of polyester fibre (supposedly) its not inherently stretchy, but is often woven into stretchy fabrics...

I tried a silk liner and had about the same results as Hogn8r. I spend half the night trying to figure out how the hell I got so tangled. Didn't seem worth the slight boost in warmth; JMO.
