    Rubber sheet for pad

I have a roll of thin rubber sheeting. Its a moisture barrier for house foundations. My question is...Would this make a good pad in my hammock. I have a Claytor jungle hammock and thought it would work well between the layers. Any one ever try this. Thoughts on the matter.

    Thanks
    Scott

How thick is this rubber pad and what are its insulation properties? I can't say if it would make a good pad or not. As they say in the marketing and scientific worlds, everything needs testing.

    Cheers

All I would suggest is try it out. If it keeps you warm and does not weigh a ton, it might be a keeper.
