That is some stunning scenery on that trail. It seems that you lucked out with the weather after the first day.

Ya, we we so ungodly lucky with the weather this time of year. I think that the though hikers were even more lucky than us. Those guys had just suffered through the wettest week in Oregon in 30 some odd years.

It is said that Section J is considered to be one of the most scenic of the 2600 mile hike from Mexico to Canada. I am fortunate that this hike is practically in my back yard.
