Was just over at Hammockgear.com and it sounds like Adam's chambers are about the same width regardless of baffle height. It's entirely possible that I read it wrong, but I don't think so.
I thought conventional wisdom was that shorter baffles should get narrower chambers. Did I misunderstand that?

shorter baffles will give thinner quilts at equal spacings. Shorter baffles will give smaller chambers at different spacings

Bobbin Tension - A Personal Viewpoint
For my DIY quilts, I've been making the spacing 2.5 times the baffle height for thinner quilts & 2 times for thicker quilts. Seems to work for me.
