Perfect condition, I added more shockcord suspension - but you can just cut it and retail it to fit your needs.

For those considering this UQ know it is a supreme piece of kit. I'm in VVermont now and a couple of nights ago a 3 season yeti with liner took me comfortably warm to 25F. I did take the tarp sides and doors all the way to the ground and hand raked leaves along 3 sides.
