Wanted: Under Quilt for the Fiance

Yep, she got her first few nights in her own WBBB, and now she wants a down quilt like mine.

Currently she's using a Cabela's Sleeping Bag and I talked her into use a Walmart blue pad under it...so she was fine into the mid 40's, but once it hit 38, she said it was like sleeping on a block of ice.

I'd love a high end UQ like Stormcrows work. Full length would be better as she doesn't like messing with pads and all that (and she only car camps). But if a good deal on a 3/4 UQ comes my way, I'll take it. Beggars can't be choosers and all that.

Once I get my skill on my thread injector, I'll be making my own quilts, but till then, I'm hoping to find some great deals on used ones that I'll pass along once we are making our own.

She's a cold sleeper, so that sounds about right. You have any used or B-stock for a discount?

If I recall correctly, the good folks at JRB had a Valentine's sale last year. That should be coming up in a few months...

I hope to get one or two more outings with my fiance before next year though. She won't go unless she knows she'll be comfy.

I'll keep pinging the marketplace till something comes up, or I can afford something new for her.
