    Now for the hard decision

Which hammock should I put the new all in one system I just ordered on?

    The Clark?
    The WWBB?
    The Hennessey?
    The ENO?
    The Grand Trunk?

The WBBB already has a pretty good system with the straps and clinch buckle.

The Hennessy I think needs a little different set-up (which I did not spec) and I don't really use either of them much.

The ENO and GT rarely gets used!

So I guess I will choose one of the Clarks?

Is it OK to run the Amesteel loop through the Clark sewn end?

Of course assuming I like the AIOS, I will eventually replace them all.

If you have a section of tubular webbing laying around cut a small section to act as an abrasion barrier in the channel. I don't think the cord will cut or damage the fabric but it is better to be safe than sorry!!!!!!

Put it on the Clark and sell me the ENO very cheap!! Ha! I wished I could afford the Clark. I would definitely shield it if there was a speckle of suspicion that it would rub or fray.

I'll vote for the Clark and that will make eflat7 a very happy guy if he can get the ENO cheap

And it is REAL easy to put whoopie slings on an ENO

I took the webbing off my WBBB and transferred it to my ENO, and put the AIOS on my WBBB.

these are all fine products and the cottage industry deserves support. However if you DIY then you can modify it to suit your very own preferences!!!

I converted my Clark to Whoopie slings and ran the Amsteel straight thru without any added protection. I thought that the original rough poly rope would abraid more than the Amsteel. I did use 1/8" rather than 7/64" for line feel. Probably overkill but easier on these old eyes to splice.

Another order out today for an AIOS for my other Clark and a ridgeline for my BigMama tarp. Now the waiting begins.
