    That was a nice report. I like the story-telling narrative and photos. Like we were all with you on the trip.
    Gorgeous area. I imagine the higher winds would be treacherous out in that open water in a kayak.

    Kayaks are very safe and its all about the experience of the paddler. As a fairly new paddler i like to err on the side of caution for now. Been in 3' waves and depending on their direction I'm either comfortable or gripped. Personally i like to be comfortable.
