    Thumbs up Big WOW and THANK YOU!!!!

    I ordered a hammock off the demo list. I got it today and opened it up but noticed it did not have the bug net. I call Hennessy and they had shipped the wrong one. James said he was sorry about that and would have another out the door ASAP. About 10min later he called back and said they were out and asked if it would be ok to send me a brand new hammock with the zipper mod and of course I was ok with that. When I asked him how they wanted me to send back the hammock I had received he told just keep it as a spare. WOW!!!!! This is my first experience with Hennessy but I can say it want be my last. :

    the service at hennessy is the best of any company in any market i have ever experienced! they bend over backwards to sort things out for you! incredible! make sure you let them know it too!

    I've also had very good customer service with HH. At the same time, the customer services reports that I have heard of the cottage industry folks on the forum seem to rival, or maybe rise above the level on HH. Let's face it, customer service is a big part of success in a product driven company. We got some good people in this line of recreation.

    I just sent an extra HHE back to Hennessey today. Turns out they sent me two identical shipments and different days. When the second box arrived with an HHE, super shelter, and Snake skins I had that mental moment of "whoa, freebie". I called Hennessey and got it shipped out to them today.
    To bad they didn't tell me to "keep it as a spare"

    I ordered the expedition with the silnylon rainfly off the demo list as well. They sent out one of the poly rainflys with the order instead, not the upgraded silnylon. I spoke with Ann and she is certainly the sweetest lady ever. She said shed get the correct one sent right out and to keep the poly one for free. Suuuuper awesome.

    But now today after 12 days I find out they put the wrong address on my silnylon tarp. So it never made it to my city. So I talked to james today about fixing it and unfortuently it has to go all the way back to canada before correcting the wrong address and send it back. So another 25 days or more of waiting. He said he cannot send me a regular silnylon rainfly due to having the demo back in stock.

    Although being an incredibly nice guy, this does kind of upset me because I will not get to try it out on my next trip and must wait tell spring to use it after I get it. I do have the poly one to use so its ok I just think it would have been nice to get another one sent out asap. This rainfly was ordered over a month and a half ago.

    But again, the nicest people I have ever dealt with from any company.
