    Avid hiker from NYC

    Hey guys,
After much research using this forum I decided to dive right into the deep end.

Thanks to all you avid hammockers I was able to make a well-informed decision that I'm happy with. Already spent two nights on the trail and three nights in camp with it... best sleep I ever had.

I'm a real gear junkie and I hope to contribute back to this wonderful community!

Welcome! This sounds very much like how I started last weekend, after getting frostbite two weeks before I decided to give it a go, got an advance on Christmas presents and went away for a weekend herding Scouts. Needless to say all went well and I had a pleasant night's sleep.
    Cheers
