Anyone who is traveling a long distance / looking for a place to camp next Thursday, the day before we meet at Toby's is welcome to join us at St. Croix state park. I called the
Park and they have winter sites available. I can email a map of where this is
if anyone wants one, PM me with your email address. St. Croix state Park is less
    then 1/2 hour from Toby's

We'll miss seeing you out there too Keys. Are you planning on doing any winter camping this year? Yellow River was pretty fun last year.

Good news, for me at least

My winter training for the Scouts was canceled due to lack of participants.

So I now will be able to go to MN for the hang.

I am currently working with Mac on the details for a bit of a ride pool.

It is a boring, long drive all by yourself.

I never could get rid of them, so you'll have to speak up when addressing me.

This will by far be the coldest temps I've camped in. Glad I'm bringing a pulk so I can bring lots of extra insulation!
The snow is going to have cruddy hard layer of icy crust from all the rain we had and the cold temps we have now. Will make breaking trail hard work.

Being a novice on snowshoes, and towing a 7' long ahkio, I will not be volunteering to take the point.

However, I will look like I should be your guide!
