    Deep cold hammocking subforum?

I think a deep cold hammocking / hiking forum might be a nice sub-forum.

I am referring to ambient temperatures below zero *F.

    I think it's a good a idea , but I thing freezing and below ( 32F) would be better
    then 0-F .

    It would include more people.

I think it is a great idea..
We would be one step closer to world peace, if everyone slept in a hammock..

I think that 's a great idea since there's people from all over the world on here. Not just in warm climates

I live in NY USA, and camp at least a few times a year in the Adirondacks. For whatever reason, the area we camp (near Lake Placid) tends to be among the coldest areas in the lower 48 quite often. I and a few friends have decided to be ready for a short-notice, one or two night camping trip, and we're watching the weather forecasts for especially barbaric cold (-20 or better).

A sub-forum for such lunacy, as well as sharing tips and tricks for this camping specialty and just generally bragging, sounds like a great idea, to me.

    First sticky

I offer this link as the first sticky if we are successful getting this sub-forum created.
