    Thumbs up A Happy Camper

Gotta say, I've dealt with good customer service before, but Paul over at Arrowhead has topped 'em all. I ordered some equipment to do my whoopie slings and some other projects. The amsteel was slightly delayed because of the supplier. Nothing new, we've all dealt with that before.

However, being the Idaho stud that he is , he drove to my house and hand delivered the stuff to make up for the delay in delivery. This is on top of the usual 'good guy to work with' and 'reasonable prices for quality gear'.

    Beat that for customer service.

Thanks Paul, the gear worked out perfectly and couldn't be happier!

    -Aaron

Glad we could help to get the gear out to you Aaron. I always hate waiting on stuff so I figured if I could take even a day off the wait time it would help.

    Paul,
If I order, will you do the "door-to-door" service for me?

    Please!?

Even Paul needs to leave the compound from time to time. Need to get salt, sugar, flour, lead, and gun powder after all. Might as well make a delivery too.

Actually you were just the dry run. You see, he actually figured out how Santa does it and now that he's tried it out, he will be doing the same for all of us next month.
