Wow, is that the JRB tarp pitched tent style on the 10 foot ridge line? You sure are well covered. Wind driven rain should be pretty well blocked by that set up! Any condensation problems?

What is the 'tarp' you're using? Looks like a good choice for the wet Cascades, is there a thread about it?

Very nice... I like the tarp setup. I have the same question about condensation. Any problems?

Yes ,the tarp is a JRB 11x10. The second night I did have some condensation,it had snowed about 3 inches and the tarp was real low on my bug netting. Luckily my down didnt get wet.
Thanks Shug I had an awesoooome time!

Goat Rocks Wilderness - one of my favorite places to go. My first trip there, quietly looking for the goats, surprised a bear. 2nd trip found only goats which was ok by me. Bet it got a little chilly up there.
If all else fails, have fun!
