    Mad777 I like the little narrow baffles. That was a lot of work but is really holds the down in place.

    Hi Dutch, nice looking quilts you made. I loved the modeling pose!

    You're right, the narrow baffles are more work but, I think they are worth it.

    I made one of a different style. I used synthetic insulation & the prototype turned out bulkier & tighter than I wish, but it worked great.
    I'm hoping to make another one using down.
    I too will something make and joy in it's making

    Selk bags make wearable down sleeping bags. They're expensive, but you might get some design ideas for you DIY project by looking at their products. Good luck!

    I have a new Dreamwalker I am parting with for much cheaper than new if anyone is interested. It seems to fit the bill of what people are talking about and is very light.

    It's definitely flattery! That's why I would never make one to sell, even though I've been asked. If someone likes the idea, then they would want one from Jacks that is professionally made, not an amateur (but fun) project like mine
