    SpinnUL Source

I've searched the forums, checked Thru-Hiker's website for about a month now and googled 'til my fingers got numb and I still can't seem to find a source for SpinnUL fabric for a tarp.

Any sources that you are aware of that just don't come up in a Google search?

My next approach would be to contact Brandon or OES to see if they will tell me where they get it....

Did you find this to be waterproof enough for a tarp?
I know that some spinnaker isn't.
Also, did you weigh it when you got it? Most sail suppliers list the weight as a sailmaker's yard (28.5" x 36").

I haven't weighed it. It really feels like the OES Spinn tarp I saw a few weeks ago for what it's worth. I'll be checking the waterproofness (that word looks funny) soon.

Tested it. Water resistant not waterproof. Rolled off good, but when I let the water sit, it seeped through.

I had posted a link to some but after testing and finding out it is only water resistant I took the link down.

Thru-hiker has been out Spinn EXP all year. I emailed him about a month ago and he replied that it would be early next year before he restocks it.
