Unless you have good sewing skills maybe send it back to Brandon for repair?

I would ask Brandon at WarbonnetOutdoors.com, but if I were repairing it, I'd use 1.9 ripstop like a big band-aid, stitching it around the rip. I might also do a little zig-zag bar tack at the points of the tear to lock it from going further.

just so everyone knows, anytime you have a "little" hole in ripstop material. If you put pressure on it, it will get bigger!! Quickly!!!

E-mail Brandon and ask him about getting some of the same material as your hammock sent to you. That's if you think you'll be able to patch it yourself. Otherwise still e-mail Brandon but start packing up your hammock to mail to him to do the patch.

I once had a little hole happen in one of my tarps. I duct taped it until I could get back home with it and patch it.
