Glad you got the hammock Lee and hope you enjoy it. There is Bama hang going on next month and was wondering if you would like to come down and see some of the area with us. Won't be able offer the feasting that Neo does but we will still have a good time!

Lee, I second the invite to the "Heart of Dixie Hang". My you could bring the boys as mine is coming as well. He'd like the company, and we would sure like to have you there also!

I have never seen a WBBB and would really like to see it set up.

Is it the thread named "South Alabama Hang" in the upcoming forum? I looked at that one and it looks like one where you hike in your gear. Unfortunately I don't have any packs yet and am still lacking a few essentials to be able to do a hike in and camp. It will probably be after the first of the year before I get all of the gear together. If the "heart of dixie" hang is different then could you tell me where the nearest town is so I can google it to find out how far of a drive it would be.

Don´t do it man! It´s like drugs - the first hit is for free - and once you´ve tried it, then you´re hooked

Yes, that is the same one. I had originally suggested to do something in South Alabama, but it ended up that we are further north. Sorry to hear you are pack-less so far.

Yea, I thought it was like that. That is not good for me, but I am willing to take my chances.

And I concur. Glad to hear your bird came in, Lee.

    Lee:
I have a pack that you can borrow if you want to come to the hang. It is one of my older packs that holds a ton of gear. Let me know!!!!!!
