Great Little Light at the Jack-R-Better

Stopped in at Jacks-R-Better today to pick up the new 1.5" DutchClips.

They are selling a neat little light that is surprisingly BRIGHT.

Only about the size of your thumb, I was surprised at how bright it was.
This will definitely be hanging on my ridge line in the future!

And they are on sale right now.

I liked it enough to buy 2 of them!

It's a nice little light. I bought a pair of them too. I hung one under the tarp by the organizer and the other in the hammock for reading on my last trip. It was a little too bright to have hanging in the hammock though.

That is a cool little light. I just use my headlamp. Multipurpose that way.

Really? Too bright at 10 lumens? Makes me wonder what my headlamp is rated to then.

So battery is easily changed out? Have seen similar lights but cheaply made. Considering its coming from JRB, I am assuming that it is a bit more durable but as the saying goes . . . you get what you pay for.

It sounds like those might be hearing aid batteries. It's probably pretty easy to change them out, and you can get them in bulk at Harbor Freight or eBay.

I take that back, 2032 is a computers CMOS battery not a hearing aid battery. Still quite easy to find.
