I hear ya LD. It's been windy as heck here ever since I got my WBBB, so I haven't been able to set it up for a test drive yet. Dang this weather. thanks for the info on stuffed size.

I think I was using the longer ones...........I did not see but one size when I ordered mine from Paul........I will be setting them up tonight in the yard. We are going to be rigging a new stand in the yard for our third place to hang..........man is this getting addicting and are the neighbors going to be in for a shock!!!!!!!

I wonder if the base of the triangle would attach to your two foot and head loops on the KAQ to snug things up?

Any normal person would call it a day and wait for drier stuff to set up in. I however, being Abby Normal, am eyeing the weather and making stupid plans...should be fun! Disclaimer; Bakersfield rain would cause most of you to scoff outloud but for us it is still wet.

I'll take pics of the KAQ and WBBB in their stock stuff sacks too.

    Bigbamaguy.....
I have the triangles for a partial UQ. The triangle for the foot end is longer than the one for the head end. I asked Paul if they would work on a full length UQ and his answer was.... Sort of. He said he's tried it with the foot end triangle clipped directly to the end grosgrain loop with no shockcord. That sounds pretty close to what you've tried. I guess you could shorten things up by moving the end of the triangle further up the suspension line somehow???
I'm wondering if the triangles would help snug up the UQ without having to use the extra shockcord method you described?
Just brainstorming as I watch the wind blow my trees all over the place, and the sky darken as a snowstorm approaches.
Law Dawg...... you aren't Abby Normal. If my knee was in better shape & my balance better, I'd be out in the storm fiddling with my stuff.

    LD and KRG:
When I used the TT's with the NR it was attached to the head/foot end grosgrain loops and was still having the sides gape. It worked better and I got down to near freezing this way. I also like the way the shockcord keeps the UQ from rolling off my shoulder while I am wrestling with myself in the hammock!!!!!!!!
