I try to bring as little as possible, but this is pretty much my minimal setup:

    Tarp
    WBBB with ws
MMG ix 2ply(and some thin aluminized foam if it´s cold)
    Tarp(with 4 stakes)
Old cheapskate Down/feather sleeping bag(I´m poor so dont mock me)
A Hultafors "rough knife" with mounted firesteel
A Zelph GoTo stove with appropriate amount of alcohol
    MBDC wide mouth cookset
    Mini FAK
Some paper tissues(multi use - everything from toilet over FA to cleaning)
Some soda bottles for water storage(around 3-4lt)
Clothing appropriate for the season(enough to be conservative)
Food(everything from freeze dried to yum yum noodles)
Multi Use Kit(some strings and duct tape safety pins, sewing kit, fire starters etc.

If i know i´m going to camp out for along time the same place i also bring a Fiskars folding saw - great piece of equipment when you need a lot of firewood...

Even though most of my set up is standard and very cheap its still pretty light. My normal total is around 17-20 pounds incl 24 hours worth of water + food for 2-3days.
