    Dying shock cord?

Has anyone tried dying shock cord? I came across 75-100ft of white cord and was just wondering if it would take to a black dye...

Check out this thread about dyeing mule tape. I would think that if it works on it. Then it should work on your shock cord. http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/s...ight=mule+tape

the fabric casing should take the dye I would think. The elastic inside probably will not. It kind of depends on what you are looking to accomplish. Dull down the white? Should do. Turn the whole enchilada black....? Not so much.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.
