I'm bringing a Hot & Cold zip lock bag, which could hold all the potatoes while the steaks are cooking.

I'll try to pre-cook the baked potatoes either Thursday sometime or Friday morning. I'll try to get them close to done and then we can finish cooking on the coals. This will save some time.

I am going to try my hand at bacon and eggs saturday morning on the fire. I am not that amazingly good at it, but I will gladly bring extra if anyone wants breakfast. Who all wants in?

EDIT: I presume we all like coffee? I have a nice percolator...

I have a cast iron griddle (8" x 17") - great for eggs and bacon. Possibly could find it if it's needed. Too heavy to carry, but could put it on the pulk.

Flat surface? That may be really good to have. I use a medium cast iron skillet, so I can only get 2-3 eggs in there if I am doing a couple strips of bacon at the same time. 8x17 would be crazy good.

Something tells me Wisenber is going to scratch the thought of Bob's Dairyland with all this talk of breakfast.
Now what would be totally cool, and I saw I think TQ at Mt.Rogers with this, is a reflector oven--think of that with premade bisquits...That's the only time I've seen a reflector over in person though....

I would much prefer group meals cooked on site to driving off the mountain! I'll bring some fresh bread from Grateful Bread in High Point, like I brought to Mt Rogers. Great with any meal!

For breakfast, I want to try cinnamon rolls the way someone told me recently... just stack them together in a SP900 with a lid over FourDog's diffuser, light the fire and let them all come together as one.

Well since I'll---as usual--be behind most by 10 hours of sleep, I'll probably sleep in Saturday. I think I slept till noon at Mt.Rogers..I won't be driving anywhere for breakfast; besides I want to be on the Mountain...Just remind me to give Wisenber some sheckels and an order
