i'm in either way, but I would love a place that if people wanted to, there was somewhere to hike. I'm really not one to sit around all day outside in the cold. I prefer keeping moving, but I'll probably be there either way.

I've got some time off between christmas and New Year's, so if someone is up for a weekday overnighter and hike, that may work.

I'd be up for something between Christmas and New Years, hiking and/or backpacking too. DWG or AT???

All of my weekends in December are booked as of now

The Dingmans Campground is a pretty good jumping off point for a number of waterfall trails. Also suggesting it as an alternative to something in southern Jersey because that's where the winter hang will be. I'm told that in the years before MAHHA this is where they would go.

Dingmas looks very nice! I'd be in if it's mid-week between the Holiday weekends .

Id probably be up for a weekend trip. Car or backpacking. Some place to hike to during the day would be cool.

I would definitely recommend Dingmans Ferry campground, especially for a winter camp. More than likely you will be the only group there and there are free showers with hot water and decent bathrooms. Makes a cold trip a little more enjoyable. Just make sure to pick a good site with lots of hanging options.
