I can see from my phrasing how I might have miscommunicated (danged neenernet). Everyone is well. I simply put together this pic collection to commemorate Pap hunting yet another season and decided to share it.

I sincerely apologize if I misled anyone as it was surely not my intent.

So glad everyone has enjoyed the video. I truly appreciate y'all taking the time.

That's cool for your dad. Can't watch the vid at work but I'm eager to check it when I get home. Hope I'm still hunting if/when I reach that age.

Very nicely done. Man! Those colors. And, love the pup, too! Thanks for sharing and that's a great tribute to your dad.

Loved the music. My dad and I didn't really hunt that much but we did other things that help me relate to your video. I enjoyed watching it.

that was great! imagine still hunting at 85! i hunt with a fella from church who i actually worked for for 14 years and he is still strong like a bull at 74 and going strong.i also go fishing with another guy in his 70's for a week every year.i think i have all their stories memorized by heart and can retell them word for word after hearing them for most of my life.enjoy your dad and his stories while he is still with you and one day you will find yourself retelling them to another generation -thx for posting this

Just back from deer camp myself, so your slide show was particularly enjoyable. Well done!

We used to camp and hunt on a plateau above Canaan Valley north of Davis, WV that looks so much like the UP of Michigan that your trip report brought back some very warm memories of the men who shaped me...thank you. I was all of 5 yrs my first trip. Those ol' turds made me "hunt" with an air rifle!
