I think that ArrowHead Equipment does. They supposedly make extra long and extra wide underquilts I still think that they make them extra large even though they are no longer advertised on their site. You have to ask for an extra long and wide underquilt and they will make it for you.

Jacks R Better make huge down family size quilts and also has a modification to join 2 single person quilts with omnitape.

KAQ New River XL Quilt from ArrowHead Equipment can be ordered extra long and extra wide. You can even get a KAQ Deep Winter upgrade to increase your insualtion. The site claims that this upgrade in insulation can take the underquilt down to 0 degrees. If you got alot of spending money you could even check out the Speer PolarPod which is longer and wider version of the Speer Pea Pod. It should fit on a double hammock.
