Getting in and out.
I set my GrizzBridge low to the ground like I do a gathered end...so that when sitting in the hammock my feet are flat on the ground-think shoe putting on height. When time to get out I put my feet on the ground and start stepping/walking backward until the hammock has risen into the air enough for me to simply step.
This puts less trauma on the hammock by removing pressure points made using your hands pushing on just one or two areas of the hammock body or by pullling on the edges of the hammock. Just picture yourself on a swingset walking backwards before lifting up your feet.
