    The Movie-Bridgeskin III

I am not completely done with then yet as i still have to work out the endcaps. However I have made my 3rd generation of bridgeskin. I made 2 exact copies and one will go to a friend. They are made out of dyneema material. The mesh pocket is the same stuff that ULA uses on their stretchy pockets. Amsteel and whoopies along with mini Dutch Biners really make for a great removable suspension. It took a while but I finally figured out how to make 2" continuous loops out of dynaglide. The spreader bars become the frame of the pack. I think that worked out better than I hoped. I went running with it and the shoulder straps were not taking any weight because it was all transferred to the hip belt. The shoulder straps and hip belts are commercially made. I think my favorite feature is the removable mesh pocket that turns into a day pack. My last version had a removable mesh pocket and I liked it so much it became my tarp stuff sack no matter what pack I take. I filmed this at work because I am always there these days. Without further ado.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ip96qPEg7s8

    Peace Dutch

Nice one, Dutch! The bridgeskin and the video. It's nice that you can not only set up at work but you can get a fellow worker to play cameraman!

It's fun to see the evolution of the bridgeskin and the use of new things like the Dutch Biner and 2" CL. The subtitles were priceless, too.

Wow. I'm almost speechless as the cool factor is off the charts not to mention the dual functionality of the backpack/hammock all-in-one setup. Nice one Dutch. Oh yeah, the friendly little dig at Grizz with his math skills was too funny.

Will that be deployed at the NJ Hang in Jan?

Well done Dutch, very well done! I like the design, especially how the spreaders are used for the packs frame, have you figured out the bug net yet?

Great job on the new bridgeskins. Really liked how you used the dutch biner for the spreader bar.
