    SOLD: JRB No Sniveler quilt

Bought in 2006. Used several times. Has lost about 1/3 of its loft thanks to a friend who borrowed it and left it in the stuff sack for 4 weeks. Not as warm but I used it several weeks ago with the nest under quilt combined and stayed warm all night with temps between 15-20* and 5'' of snow. Need the money for a tent so my son can go camping with me.

    Thanks for looking!

    David

Being in a stuff sack for that period will not cause a loft loss of that proportion.... Try washing with a good down soap an thurough slow drying on low setting. (probably 4-5 cycles of 40 minutes on low with a couple of tennis balls thrown in).

does your son not like hammocks?
there have been more than a few threads on camping with your children in hammocks. (mostly having to hang the two hammocks off the same trees so they are close enough to Dad to feel secure..)

I had a similar loss of loft issue on a quilt of about the same age, followed the directions for washing down on the Jacks-R-Better page and it turned out just like new.

Agreed with the others, the quilt is not lost!

I once found a quilt that someone (wasn't me) left in the stuff sack for months. A little effort and the quilt was back to 'like new' again. For a perspective buyer, this is a steal!
    Trust nobody!

If this isn't sold, I'll have it please.

Not sure if Dblcorona's post means he bought it.
