It's funny how sometimes we have similar questions but our individual dimensions drive us to a more particular answer; I just started a similar thread but will follow this one closely.

    Adjustments to eliminate pressure.

I use the 1.1 WBBB and Traveler. BW is ~130#. Played around with an adjustable structural ridge line(srl). What I found out turned out to be opposite of what I thought would happen. Key to the adjustment is to make sure your suspension line is a set angle. This will set your loaded tension of the srl at a given tension. No variation to eliminate one variable. The unexpected result: Longer ridge line eliminated any calf pressure which was barely noticeable to begin with. Went as short as mid 90"s. I think the line ended up set around 103".

Still waiting on delivery of my 1.1 BB (ordered 12-8...).

Shortening my ridge line a bit (maybe an inch) on my 1.7 dbl helped a bit...

    More angle to the dangle

I've noticed with my heavier BB's that I need a lot more sag to eliminate the knee ridge, as others have mentioned. I just hang my straps higher on the tree, and leave a little sag in the ridgeline.
