the earth has moved. Stability of the foundations of HF itself are shaken. Neo has forsaken the neo tarp??? Now we'll have to to call it the not-neo tarp, or the neo-neglected tarp.

If this can happen, anything can happen. Is it possible that he might---can one even formulate the thought---one day also remove the neo seal-of-approval from the Claytor line? Cast disdain on pads as insulation and embrace underquilts? Move to Florida and start to report on the highest temperatures he can sleep in???

our bedrock is gone, the mind reels.

but perhaps we should not be surprised. Anything can happen in the matrix.

Neo, have you received that tarp yet? One of my hanging buddies bought one and switched to the 9X9 SG. I have recommended the hammocks to my buddies starting out but the tarp not so much. Tom should make a 9x9 and 12x12 since SG has problems keeping them.

Now that is funny! It is shocking to see such a statement from Neo, though. And with no explanation. But I think Neo told me at the fall TN hang out that he didn't use that tarp ( or Claytor hammock ) anyway, on long hikes where weight was critical. Is that right, Neo?

You don't use it any more, does that mean you found something you like better? Or did you just decide to stick with something lighter weight?

I think today, the 21st is when the no nets are supposed to ship! I can't wait to try this thing out, neo has me all worked up in anticipation!

Anyone else checking their mailbox twice a day?

The e-mail I got from Tom on the 19th said that hopefully the hammocks would ship on the 25th.
