    here is a quilt by another company that does it the same way (or at least they look the same when done)

    Check the close up image of the pad attachment and you can see the edge of the quilt. Mine look just like that.

    Tim, what do you do to keep the down from coming out the single row of stitching? I assume that isn't a problem or you'd do something else.

    i have had no issues with that (that i know of) I had a quilt in for some mods (.48 cuben) and there was a tiny bit of leakage but most of it was due to the quilt getting zipped in the tent door (dang tents!) I think there were 1 or 2 spots with a little fluff just poking out, nothing to worry about in my mind.
