Yep, just a mix up. Stuff happens.. Brandon took care of it no problem, not that I thought he wouldn't. Thanks Warbonnet!

Well hopefully you haven't taken up too much of Brandon's time so he can get back to shipping MY order!!! (A 1.1dbl in BLACK as well)

Off topic ...... Hey Optimator, you going to Glendale? I heard tix are outrageous!! I was able to fly up for Civil War though. When the jets flew over Reesers Stadium, this Beaver head turned to me and said "Now that's *&*$% American"!! - I thought that was pretty darn funny.

    GO DUCKS!!!!

I ordered a Traveler and got a BB instead. Sent Brandon an email and we got it straightened out in a reasonable fashion.

My concern about all of these cottage makers is that success can often times overwhelm a new business. Good luck to all the makers but at some point you have to understand capacity and service issues or the volume WILL drop off. There is only so much good will to go around and then eventually it all comes down to performance.

Not complaining. Happy with all my gear, but frankly my business could not get away with slipping ship dates and mis-shipped items. Sooner or later a cottage maker has got to become a fully fledged service business or they simply won't last.

I wish them all good luck.

Man I wish I was! But... Ticket prices The bad part is I have family there, so I have a place to stay too. But I just can't pony up that much just to go to the game. I'd rather fly up to Alaska and see my Grandson!

So, it was a mix up. Did he give you an address to send it to? Not his, but a customer's? Seems like that would save a return. Now, when is yours arriving? I am still playing with my relatively new 1.7 dbl I got a month or so back. Not sure why all the fuss over black, but colors do not bug me much. Each to their own, right? HYOH, in this case it is Hang your own Hang.

Brandon had me send the hammock back to him. Which is the best thing for him as a businessman to do. First of all, there's no guarantee that I'm going to send it off knowing I have another one coming. Not that I would do that, but someone could. Second of all, what if I had tried it first? Then whoever it goes to is getting a used hammock. He told me when he gets it back, he'll ship mine. Totally reasonable to me. It's not so much of a "fuss" over the black. I already have a green one, two gray ones, and a brown one. Why not have a black one to round it out? I like Warbonnet hammocks more than any other I've owned. And now that I think about it, a 1.7 single Traveler would fit in the gear closet right next to the 1.1 DL Traveler......
