We have been noticing that many who have placed initial orders with us through our website are not following up from our response. I suspect that our emails to them may be ending up in the junk/spam folder. It seems strange to us that a person would take the time to complete the order form, submit it to us, then not respond to our email to them. So, if you believe we have not responded or are uncertain of a response from us, please PM me and/or check your spam folder. We respond within 24 hours of an order being received.

It appears that folks who use GMail, Yahoo, or Hotmail for their emails are not receiving our responses, from either our web address email (2QZQhammockhanger.com) or from our personal home address. I suspect they are getting filtered to a junk folder or Spam folder. A bit frustrating for us and for them too I'm sure.

So, for those who have found themselves in the dark after inquiring for items or mods, please write me a PM or send another order from the website. We certainly don't want to let you fall through the cracks in the online system. We always respond within 24 hours of an inquiry.

We are working to upgrade the website to help avoid this problem for 2011. Thanks for your patience.

An MX Lookup of your domain followed by an SMTP test indicates that you email host might be using an open relay with no ESMTP. Many email servers require ESMTP to prevent SPAM. If you host cannot provide ESMTP services, you could probably get by with just buying the email part from another provider.

Google and others have started to block emails, even if they are legit, from these "shady servers".

Our email provider for our home address is our local telephone company, recently purchased by Windstream. What questions need to be asked to find out if they are indeed not providing a service they should be providing to correct this issue. Our website email is different as it comes from the website server which we subscribe. I'm not knowledgeable with any of the terminology mentioned, so I'll take any help to correct our problem. I do plan to talk to Windtream and at least explain what's happening.
