sign me up wife says nothing happening that weekend she even said go thursday. I think she wants me out of the house already.

I'd be up for coming in from the South trail head on Thursday. Maybe hang on Browning hill for the night. That would leave a nice hike into the hollow the next morning. Good to be rested up before tackling the saddlebacks.

what permits and or fees do we need to worry about?

Are the saddlebacks the up and down over and over stretch?

There weren't any last year. I believe it's national forest.

WooHOOO! I'm so there!!! Last year was one of the best weekends I've had in a long time. Such an awesome trip.
