Got it. . . Potatoes, onions, carrots, butter, olive oil and foil added to packing list. I'll probably bring a few heads of fresh garlic as well, 'cause I loooove me some garlic. Should I bring more salt & pepper, or do you think you'll have enough extra after seasoning the hunk 'o meat? Oh, and I'll be glad to help with gathering/chopping/splitting wood as well.
I got my request in for both Thursday and Friday off that week, and I have no reason to anticipate it not being approved, so I should be good to go!
