I just finished a hex tarp last night. The weight, including guylines, tensioners and figure 9's, in the stuff sack is 7.5 ounces. I'll carry my tarp, but hide under yours

Good looking project! Is the 9' at the widest part at the tie-out? What's the width and the narrowest part?

And is that a solar charger on the rock in the background? I've been thinking about getting one of those.

Yeah 9' at the tie-outs. The narrowest part is 7' and the 13' is the other tie-out.

The solar panel is a Powerfilm FM15-300N. I have 2 that I can run parallel. The one in the pic is the newest one I was out testing. So far so good. I can run my PN-30 on one panel and charge 4AA's in @ 4hrs or 2CR123's in @ 2hrs on 1 panel. Folds flat and packs real easy.
