I have been playing a lot with little wood gasifiers and plan on bringing along a messy fave or two.

Ahh Wood Burners. I think that will be my next obsession.

Same here, I believe the BackCountry Boiler's not shipping in time either. I'm going to write him to see if he might have them close, and expidite shipping. Would be a cool way to show off his NEW product. Plus I want mine soon!

The interest in show and tell is strong--so what if we had a "Homes Beautiful" walk through camp at about noon on Saturday and then follow that with "Hot Things and Sharp Things" show and tell at about 3. Meanwhile I will get some name tags of some kind. Feel free to creatively identify yourself though. I always wanted to rig a battery-run neon lit version of my trail name rigged to my pack and take it out one day just to see the reactions.

Like you guys i have been keeping a weather eye on that site! I don't think we will be so lucky. I wonder who else in FLA is getting one? We may be the only three. Let's plan on an outing one way or another after they get here.

I'm sure there's gonna be allot of interest hitting the trails & trees soon after the Group Hang. I'll be fresh with new camping ideas after that weekend. Feb - Mar are going to be full with trips.
