    The $50 Question

If you had a disposable $50 to spend (money in B-day card) and wanted to make a hammock related purchase, what would you buy? By the way, I only have a hammock (Speer) and tarp, other than the things I have resurrected from my ground dwelling days. Put on your thinkin' caps.

I guess it all depends on what you already have and what temps you want to take your hammock camping to!

I would stow it away, and keep feeding the pile..
We would be one step closer to world peace, if everyone slept in a hammock..

    Me?

    1. A pair of whoopie slings, (Arrowhead Equipment or whoopieslings.com) if you're not already on a strap/rings suspension.

    2. Save it up for a Molly Mac Pack.

    3. Buy materials for a DIY bridge hammock.

    4. Save it up for your favorite down underquilt from your favorite provider.

    Just some thoughts .....

I'd put it towards an underquilt, but that's just me.

Save it for underquilt, but that's just what I need right now.

A bucket load of suitable (for things you are looking to work on) DIY stuff. I'd rather save for a TQ or another UQ or a WB bridge hammock or,or,or,or...

i'd save for insulatoin - uq.
the other stuff- whoopies, toggles, ridgelines, etc. are easier pills to swallow.
that 225$ uq is another story.....
