Smoking pulled pork overnight and ribs tomorrow. Possibly some ABT'S. Got friends to stay up with me tonight to watch the smoker!!

Happy new year. Just me, my black lab, main coon cat, and the wife's golden retriever.

Wifey went down to visit the daughter in New Mexico, Hollaman AFB. I wasn't able to get away because I work for a company that locks us down from the first week of Dec to Jan.

So I am here living vicariously through you all.
